5 Year Anniversary Heralds New Era
A new era is being heralded at a Coventry law firm which is celebrating five years since it was formed.
Band Hatton Button is looking to the future by building on its strong growth and development as it celebrates the special anniversary on 6 April.
The Warwick Road-based solicitors has commended their team for all their hard work that has been put in over the past five years, and is now looking to increase staff further and continue to develop the services it offers.
There are some changes at the top as Nick Button is taking over as Senior Partner of the business from Phil Costigan after his five-year tenure.
Phil remains as a Partner in the Commercial Property team, while Daniel Blood will become the Head of Commercial Property, taking over from Nick Button.
Band Hatton Button was formed in April 2013 after Band Hatton, Button Legal and Varley Hibbs, joined forces.
The firm operates regionally, nationally and beyond and covers a wide range of legal issues for businesses and individuals.
Since first launching, the firm has grown from 62 staff members to 85 and there are plans to increase the team further in the future.
Nick Button, Senior Partner at Band Hatton Button, is looking forward to taking on the challenge of the Senior Partner role and to continuing to build on the firm's success.
"We merged five years ago to become a strong, stand-out force in Coventry and that is something that we very much feel we have achieved over the past five years," he said.
"We are now the biggest firm in the city and over the years we have continued to grow our profile and client base. We continue to look at increasing our services and we are always considering diversification, while ensuring we remain competitive in the marketplace.
"I would like to take this opportunity to thank Phil for all his hard work and dedication over the past five years as Senior Partner, he has been a huge asset to the firm.
"I am looking forward to taking over from Phil and making sure that Band Hatton Button continues to flourish over the years to come. I would also like to congratulate Daniel on his new role and wish him the very best of luck leading our Commercial Property team."
