A new Midlands digital marketing agency is scaling up for further growth after moving into new premises.

Modern digital marketing agency We Are Python have recently moved into the historic Grade I listed building, the Old Toll House in Stratford-upon-Avon on a five-year lease.

With more commercial space, company directors Ryan Kenny, 25, and Jack Waterfield, 26, are preparing to recruit up to six more people to their new, expanding business this year.

We Are Python was formed in February 2018 and is the result of a merger between Ryan's digital marketing business, Python Digital, and Jack's web design firm VOVA Limited.

The company currently provides a range of services such as website development, search engine optimisation, graphic design and digital marketing to around 30 national and regional clients across a range of sectors including retail, recruitment and events including Holland & Barrett, Freeman Company, Venturi group, Stepback Concerts, Papillon Communications and more.

Ryan believes the move into the Old Toll House marks the start of a new era for We Are Python.

"This unique office space is the ideal platform we need in order to progress and grow," he said.

"It's important for us to create a young hearted but professional environment where we can work efficiently and make clients feel welcome, this move marks the start of what is shaping up to be a highly promising venture.

"Merging the two businesses has created a solid and diverse service offering where we can invest in the future by taking on more staff and meeting demand from new business coming in.

"We are especially pleased to have secured an office space in Stratford which we are hoping will be central to our growth - it's a bustling town with so many opportunities to work with a varied range of businesses."

Coventry-based solicitors Band Hatton Button and commercial property agents Tim Cox Associates assisted We Are Python with the move into the Old Toll House.

James Leighfield is a solicitor in Band Hatton Button's commercial property department, and helped Ryan and Jack with the due diligence on the move.

The property has recently undergone a major restoration project after Stratford Historic Buildings Trust secured grants from the Heritage Lottery Fund, Historic England, Architectural Heritage Fund, Stratford District Council and a range of charitable trusts.

James added: "It's brilliant to see a historic Stratford landmark go hand in hand with a vibrant, modern and forward-thinking business.

"Jack and Ryan have a real enthusiasm to grow the business and the Old Toll House provides them with a unique platform in which to do it.

"We are Python's occupation not only benefits them, but also supports the upkeep of one of Stratford's iconic buildings."
