10 Years of Grace…

We are delighted to have recently completed our tenth year acting for Northamptonshire house builder Grace Homes.

Over the years, Grace Homes have built hundreds of homes in many locations, but they hold the same levels of passion and enthusiasm as when they first started. From thoughtful designs and creative use of space, through to rigorous standards of construction and uncommonly high quality of finish, they build houses that people aspire to live in and are proud to call their home.

At Band Hatton Button, we have a well-established track record of acting for house builders and developers and we have enjoyed building up a strong working relationship with Grace Homes over the last 10 years, generally advising on site acquisitions and disposals, collaboration agreements, plot sales and other development related matters.

Grace Homes build within Northamptonshire, Leicestershire and Cambridgeshire and we have worked with them on almost 25 developments over the last 10 years and are soon to complete site purchases at Orton and Finedon and a third phase at Burton Latimer.
