Tell us a bit about how you got here…

Prior to joining Band Hatton Button, I have worked in various customer service roles. The law has always interested me, so I was thrilled to join Band Hatton Button in 2017 as Client Relations Supervisor. During my time at Band Hatton Button, I have been given the opportunity to develop, adding more duties and variety to my role and am now the firm’s Head of Quality & Compliance.

What does your day job look like?

I am responsible for file audits, maintaining file review records, complaints investigation, handling risk and compliance queries and assisting our COLP with the preparation of external audits. I am also responsible for maintaining the firm’s Office Manual and policies. In addition, I am involved with the firm’s marketing activities and development of our case management system, as well as working on various business improvement projects.

What do you like to do outside of work?

I enjoy spending time with my family, eating out and getting stuck into a good book or TV show.
