Acted for an established local charity on their premises relocation. The relocation of the club from the old site to the new three -storey, 4,000 square foot building. The matter was important to the community, the club are an established charity that work with the community and have been based at their old site since approximately 1965. We provided all aspects of real estate support including advising on the construction documentation.
