New member of the corporate and commercial team

Raman Dhillon

Leading Coventry and Warwickshire law firm Band Hatton Button are welcoming a familiar face into their corporate and commercial team.

As part of the firm's succession planning strategy, Raman Dhillon, associate solicitor in the firm's litigation team, will be joining the team from July 2022. This move will enable Raman to bring her extensive litigation experience to the team whilst also developing her skills further.

As part of her role, Raman will continue to provide a niche commercial litigation service to our corporate clients particularly in the areas of intellectual property, company disputes, complex contractual disputes and insolvency.

Raman says:

"I am very excited to make the move to the corporate and commercial team. Having spent my career dealing with disputes that arise from contracts and so forth, I am now looking forward to dealing with the non-contentious side of things - drafting contracts and terms and condition, dealing with company sales and purchases etc. I am also hoping that my existing litigation knowledge and awareness of things that can go wrong will lend itself to and compliment the role".
