We are based in the centre of Coventry and are conveniently situated at the heart of the national motorway network.

Our office is a short walk from Coventry Railway Station and within a few miles by car/train from Birmingham International Airport and/or Birmingham International Railway Station.

If you are driving to our office, you are more than welcome to use our parking – and there are several options available.

  • There are four spaces available at the rear of our neighbours, The Albany Theatre. To access these spaces, please use the postcode CV5 6JQ.  The spaces are off Albany Road and are accessed via a small entrance approx. 20 yards from the traffic lights at the junction with Butts Road (the entrance is approximately halfway in between this junction and the ExtraCare Retirement Village).  As you turn off the road, the spaces are immediately on the left and are clearly marked with our name.  The route to then walk around to the front of our building and our Reception (facing onto Butts Road) is well signposted.  Shown as P1 on the map.
  • There is also a multi-storey car park next to our office on Butts Road which you are welcome to use. Please use postcode CV1 3BH and ensure you turn left into the car park immediately after the traffic lights that you will come to after driving past the Premier Inn and the front of our office. Please note you can only turn when approaching from the ring road side, not the rugby club side. Please be careful to not miss this turning as if you do you, you will have to continue until you can turn left onto Melbourne Road, follow this road until the end and turn left again onto Broomfield Road, continue down Albany Road and then at the lights turn left which will bring you back to the front of the Premier Inn and our office once again. When entering the multi-storey car park, please park in any available space.  Please note, there is a 2m height restriction on the multi-storey car park. Shown as P2 on the map.
  • Please note, there are also spaces at the front of the Albany Theatre/Premier Inn, which are on a pay and display basis (it is 50p for half an hour). Shown as P3 on map.

Please note, if you are parking at the rear of The Albany Theatre, or in the multi-storey car park, they both work on an ANPR (automatic number plate recognition) basis, and will be free of charge when you are visiting us – but you must ensure you log your registration with us via our iPad in Reception when you come into our office – and this will ensure your parking is free. If you do not log your registration with us, you will receive a penalty notice from the car park’s owners. 

If you are travelling to us on a bicycle, there is a bike rack at the front of our building which you are very welcome to use.

For local bus information, please click here. Please note, the 4, 4A, 6, 6A, 8, 8A, 45, 47 and S4 all stop almost outside our office, heading out of the city (it is a 30 second walk).

If you are accessing via the train, Coventry Railway Station is approximately a 10 minute walk away.

Our Reception and switchboard are open between 9.00am and 5.00pm. Appointments can be made outside of these times, to suit you, but we must request that all appointments are made via prior arrangement. We have a suite of private meeting rooms available and have full disabled access. We are also happy to offer home visits to clients who are unable to attend our office, or can meet ‘virtually’, via Teams, Zoom etc., as required.
